Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

1. Timeframe:

Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to exchange the product within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order. After seven (7) days, the product cannot be exchanged.

2. Exchange Conditions:

  • The exchange must be requested within the specified timeframe.
  • The product must be in the same condition as received, with its original packaging and without any damage.

3. Cases Where Exchange Is Not Allowed:

The customer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made based on the customer’s request or specific specifications, except for defective products or those that do not match the customer’s specifications.
  • If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  • If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other literary works.
  • If the product is a digital product, such as digital cards.
  • If the product is found to have defects due to consumer misuse.
  • If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  • If the contract involves the purchase of software downloads via the internet.

Return Policy:

1. Timeframe:

Without prejudice to contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the customer has the right to return the product within three (3) days from the date of receiving the order. After three (3) days, the product cannot be returned.

2. Return Conditions:

  • The return request must be within the specified timeframe.
  • The product must be in good condition and must not have been used or benefited from by the customer.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before processing the return to ensure its integrity.

3. Cases Where Return Is Not Allowed:

The customer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

  • If the product was custom-made based on the customer’s request or specific specifications, except for defective products or those that do not match the customer’s specifications.
  • If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  • If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other literary works.
  • If the product is a digital product, such as digital cards.
  • If the product is found to have defects due to consumer misuse.
  • If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
  • If the contract involves the purchase of software downloads via the internet.
  • Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Shipping Costs:

  1. If the product has a defect, a manufacturing issue, was damaged during shipping, or does not match the ordered item, the store will cover the shipping costs.
  2. If the return or exchange is for any non-defective reason (e.g., the customer no longer wants the product, wants to exchange it, or did not collect the order from the shipping company), the customer will bear the full cost of returning, exchanging, and shipping the product, including any bank fees associated with the payment method used.

Order Cancellation:

  • The customer may cancel the order before the order status changes to “Processed” and before it is handed over to the shipping company.
  • If the order is canceled after processing, the product value will be refunded after deducting the shipping costs, including in cases where free shipping was applied.

Refund Process:

  1. If payment was made via bank transfer, the store will contact the customer to provide bank details for the refund.
  2. If payment was made via credit card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same credit card used for payment. It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank statement.

Gift Vouchers:

  1. Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
  2. Products purchased using a gift voucher can only be exchanged for items of the same value, subject to Section 3 (Shipping Costs) of this policy.

General Terms:

  1. The store reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel an order in certain cases, such as:
  • If the product is out of stock.
  • If there was a pricing error.
  • If the order appears to be fraudulent.
  1. If an order is not accepted or canceled, the store will refund the full amount paid.
